Commander Pitter, Sr. Vice Brumfield, and Comrades Legal, Brown and Gorham of VFW Post 12180 supported the Henry County Senior Services Golden Legacy Games at Village Park, 750 Fairview Rd, Ellenwood, GA 30294 on October 10, 2025. There was 5 separate and distinct Senior Citizen Centers who participated in this event from across Henry County GA. This was also the first time this Golden Legacy Games was ever held as a combined event in Henry County GA. There were Veterans who served in the Women's Army Corps (WACs), and served during the Vietnam War at these games. It was a wonder opportunity to speak and talk to many of our Veterans who served through many American conflicts.
